I write about being a child all the time as I find it is extremely therapeutic and promotes healing. I find it difficult to respond to a quote or a picture as generally I write by inspiration, but do feel it’s important to deal with all our yesterdays.
Always do what works best for you! I love writing about childhood, as well as writing letters to my inner child. Very therapeutic!
